Lombricoltura Siciliana s.r.l.<\/strong> was established in November 2020 in the heart of Sicily<\/strong>. This project, fueled by a passion for the land, animals, and the great outdoors, brought together four friends to embark on a new path, united by the belief that Nature is the only existing laboratory capable of providing for all our needs.<\/p>\n

In the ancient rural village of Casuto, a small hamlet of Leonforte<\/strong> in the province of Enna, there has been a family-run agricultural company for years, primarily dedicated to cattle farming.<\/p>\n

In the late nineties, a portion of the land was identified by a multinational company in search of hydrocarbons for drilling. After long months, due to the meager amount of gas found, the extraction activity was halted, leaving behind a barren concrete platform against the backdrop of the splendid Erei mountains and the lush Monte Altesina Nature Reserve<\/a>.<\/p>\n
